provides installation and training support. Deva also conducts analyses of existing systems, documenting information handling and storage methodologies and protocols. Shortcomings are identified and recommendations made for improvement. System changes can be modeled using the characteristics of the improved handling and storage methodologies for testing prior to actual implementation. |

| Deva works with customers to update or write
documentation standards which identify, describe and explain the system
(hardware/software) component parts, associated specifications, interfaces and operations.
The standards become the system blueprint, which is consulted when changes are being
considered to determine impact and ensure compatibility. Using the documentation standards, Deva assists in establishing Configuration Management control which ensures documentation currency, and that system changes are not made without system review and approval by the Configuration Manager. |
