Virginia Frazier has over 20 years
experience in organizational development. Recently, she has
been developing Web based proposal systems and quality management tools to
support client operational improvements, ISO 9001:2000 and
Sarbanes-Oxley. Previous projects have included integrating process
workflow and injury tracking into customer relationship management
systems; documenting processes for numerous companies and aiding in
process improvement efforts; developing automated pattern design systems;
automating proposals, forms and client feedback systems; developing
documentation for proprietary computer systems and human resource
functions; managing client Information Systems; developing training
programs; and assisting clients with developing strategic and business
plans. |
| Previously, she served in
technical and executive capacities with roles including management of
financial, contracts and human resource operations; developing payroll and
contract management systems in the Defense contracting arena; and
developing and presenting computer training programs at the Pentagon. She
also was awarded a Fellowship with the U.S. Department of Commerce,
International Trade Administration, where she assisted in the conduct of
research and represented the Soviet Division at congressional hearings.
Prior to that, she received her commercial pilot’s license and flew
privately throughout the United States. Ms. Frazier received her Bachelors Degree from the University of Florida, and her MBA from Thunderbird, The Garvin School of International Management; with continuing studies at the University of Vienna, Austria and the Pushkin Institute in Moscow, USSR. |
